Bank statement for last three months. The Account’s statement should be certified by the bank and must indicate the name of the applicant, full address and telephone/fax numbers
A separate letter giving full details of previous visits to India, including periods of stay
Your CV/bio-data
A separate letter which gives your present occupation and detailed purpose of your intended visit to India.
In case of someone else bank-statement, please enclose the affidavit of the person sponsoring the expenses along with the copy of the photo identity card bearing the signature of the sponsor.

Tax clearance in original as well as photocopy;
Pharmaceutical companies will also produce NAFDAC licence and membership certificate in original as well photocopy. |

IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. The applicant may deposit the fees at the nearest branch of Sterling Bank and the bank will issue a computer print out in token of the receipt of your payment which is to be submitted with the application in the High Commission of India, Abuja or at its office in Lagos. This will take effect from 2nd February 2009.
2. The applicant may kindly note that once the fees has been deposited and application processed even if the consular service is not rendered due to various reasons, no repeat no fee will be refunded.
3. All applicants especially visa seekers must note that they comply with all the prescribed regulations and furnish appropriate genuine documentation in support of their applications. The purpose of visit to India can not be changed. Any incident being reported could lead not only to cancellation of the visa but also future applications thereto. The correct visa fees for the applied visa should be deposited.
