In order to facilitate expeditious issue of visas to Chad and Cameroon nationals, following procedure is prescribed:-
(i) All visa applications will be routed through the respective Hon. Consuls and sent as scanned copies along with the copies of the operative pages of the passport to the High Commission of India in Abuja and Lagos offices at the following emails:-
(ii) The office of the High Commission of India in Lagos / Abuja will convey its clearance and advise to the Embassy of India in Addis Ababa / CGI Dubai (addresses given below) whichever applicable depending on the transit point.

2. The applicants should keep a minimum of 24 hours time to apply for visa in Addis Ababa or Dubai so that they would be able to obtain visas before traveling to India at the designated transit point, mentioned above.
